A: The unit will show the word "null" Make sure it's not due to a bad connection of the chargers +/- plates to the battery.

A: Yes, it will test capacity of Li-ion and NiMH cells.

**Q: Will this show true capacity of a 26650 5000mAh**
A: Yes, it can capacity test 26650.

**Q: How does the usb port work?**
A: USB port is power bank function only. It works when one or two Li-ion cells are inserted in the charger and 12V power is disconnected. It does not function during charging when 12V power connected. It is power bank function only.
