It was shipped in a very timely manner, however they didn't pack it in another box and the box arrived with shipping stickers all over it. I had to try to peel the stickers off without ruining the box. I felt horrible giving her a gift that had sticky residue on it. If I would have had more time I would have returned it. As far as the item, it was PERFECT!!!
