For safety and hygienic reasons, we recommend replacing the pacifier after 4 weeks of use. **Q: Did you guys change the bulb size recently? These are the only ones my son would take and now the bulb is smaller than the originals I purchased.** A: Since it’s natural rubber it causes the older Binky to expand the longer they suck on it. That’s why they are different sizes. :) the older one expands because it’s more worn. These are incredibly lightweight, so they’d be easy for even young babies to use. They are easy for little hands to grasp and hold on to, especially the little loop on the front. They are very soft and flexible, much softer than some of the others we tried. I appreciate how they are ever so slightly curved away from baby’s face, like a breast. Lastly, the colors are nice. These are great pacifiers, I just have a baby that doesn’t take them in general.
