Reported it to Dell and after wasting my time for 6 hours of tests they offered a replacement but said it could take 10 business days. That’s longer than I have owned the product even from when I ordered it! Before it went wrong I noticed the camera was poor quality but the rest of the laptop was a good product. I think for this price point I would buy something else as the product doesn’t seem to match the quality I would expect and the service is awful if something does go wrong.

I had an older XPS and decided to upgrade it. Have had the item a little over a week before the screen started playing up. Reported it to Dell and after wasting my time for 6 hours of tests they offered a replacement but said it could take 10 business days. That’s longer than I have owned the product even from when I ordered it! Before it went wrong I noticed the camera was poor quality but the rest of the laptop was a good product. I think for this price point I would buy something else as the product doesn’t seem to match the quality I would expect and the service is awful if something does go wrong.
