**Q: How do you know how to set the numbers on the machine and what do they mean?**
A: The numbers are just the countdown clock. It inflates and send new cold water to cuff for a certain time then it releases, pauses, and inflated again. Great product for knee replacement.

**Q: It appears the pump isn't working, because the water is not circulating to keep the water cold. Isn't the water supposed to be circulate?**
A: Yes. Make sure the seal is tight on cooler and that the cooler is higher than your knee so water can circulate.

**Q: Will work for hip**
A: No. It is a knee wrap. They probably make one specifically for a hip.

**Q: Can you just buy tubing and cuff for replacement?**
A: Is you ask the original comoany. They are very hrlpful
