## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this ironing board cover safe for steam irons?**
A: Yes, the cover is made from breathable cotton fabric, allowing steam to pass through easily. The 4mm felt padding also prevents condensation from leaking through the board, making it great for steam ironing and reducing moisture buildup.

**Q: Will the cover stay in place while I iron?**
A: Absolutely. The cover is designed with elastic edges and an adjustable locking cord, ensuring it stays tightly in place even during vigorous ironing. It won’t shift or bunch up.

**Q: Does the cover include straps or Velcro?**
A: No. The cover uses an elastic edge with a cord and toggle lock, which provides a cleaner look and adjustable fit without the hassle of Velcro straps.

**Q: Is the cover and pad combined, or do I need to buy padding separately?**
A: It comes with a 4mm thick felt padding stitched into the cotton cover, so there’s no need to buy separate layers. It saves time and effort while providing even heat distribution.

**Q: Is the fabric scorch-resistant? Will it discolor over time?**
A: Yes, the scorch-resistant cotton surface can tolerate high temperatures—up to 220°C—without burning or fading. The use of color-safe, reactive dyes means the colors remain bright, and there's no transfer onto your clothes.
