**Q: Is this a flat or shiny finish?**
A: Kind of a "Satin" not too flat...not too shiny...very good stuff. I just coated my boat seats! Saved a ton getting an extra year or two of use before I replace them.

**Q: does anyone what the coverage is**
A: So many factors in answering this question such as color change etc.  This SKU#15483 is designed to match the color of bluebird brown school bus seats.  If you are just refurbishing the seats you should be able to re-coat three to four seats

A: If it is vinyl, then yes

**Q: Can it be use on bleach spots on house carpet**
A: if you mean after the bleach has dried, I would say yes. This is great stuff. It will take multiple passes because it is thin but I would try it. And I have been using it for years - but never on wet bleach.
