It easily fits 4 large size US13/UK12 shoes (including 3 high tops, such as J1 High, SB Dunk High etc.) Tbh you could probably squeeze in 5 pairs if you removed the dividers and used shoe bags, or if you plan to use slimmer silhouettes/dress shoes.
