**Q: For high arch foot, should i choose natural foot orthotics stabilizer arch support insoles or slim stabilizer one?**
A: For a high arch you should choose the first one. I have high arches and they work for me my wife has a low arch and she went with the slim one. We are both very satisified. The beauty of it all is when the product arrives the owner gives you his personal phone number and will swap the product with you if they aren't right for you at no charge. They are located in Carlsbad Ca. My wife bought the high arch first and had them swapped for the slim stabilizer. Good Luck. BTW Good feet sells the exact same insert for over $300. Stick with Amazon.

**Q: i an vary flat footed male and want to know if theses would be best or maybe some others?**
A: I too have very flat feet and I went with the Med/High arch support which is more aggressive support than the other insole. And it has been FANTASTIC. I wore them for a few hours/day for a few days (2-3 days) before the "standing on a tennis ball" feeling went away. So it may take time. The thing is, if your feet are like mine, you may need to "retrain" your arch and these med/high (tan color insoles) may be the best bet for you. I LOVE these insoles!!! My Achilles Tendon was painful until I got these. No more pain.

**Q: How would one know to get high arch or low arch version?**
A: If you have a very flat arch order the Milder orthotic "Slim Stabilizer" . If you have a medium to high arch and are in alot of pain in your feet, the Stabilizer is the stronger more aggressive that the higher arches can adjust to easier. Flat arches can work up to the stronger orthotics after they are accustomed to the milder support. 760-594-9054 for further assistance before ordering.
