The CrunchCup️ is a portable cereal cup that allows you to eat on the go. It consists of two cups, one for the cereal and the other for the milk. Each mug has its own hole so that the cereal and milk do not meet until they hit the mouth. Please note that the lid of the cup is not fully sealed and there is an opening at the top where the cereal can be dispensed. This product is not intended to be placed in bags, lunch boxes, briefcases, backpacks, etc. It should remain upright and consumed within 1-1.5 hours to maintain freshness.

A: The CrunchCup XL holds just under two official serving size of cereal (i.e. about 1.6 Cups or 364ml depending on cereal size). The outer chamber can holds up to 10 fl oz of liquid.

**Q: How do you control the flow of milk?**
A: This can be done two different ways. Put your finger over the tiny breather hold on the lid. Or, to partially cover the milk spout with your lower lip as the milk is coming out. This will ensure you get the right ratio of cereal to milk every time.

A: Yes, the CrunchCup is dishwasher friendly, shatter resistant, and has been tested by two different third-party labs for safety.

A: The CrunchCup is made out of a durable, high-grade, BPA/BPS-free plastic. It looks like glass, is dent-proof and shatter resistant.

Fantastic product. Made well, appealing and easy to use, holds the perfect amount of cereal and milk. My only tip is use cereal that doesn't compact - things like corn flakes compact and are not as easy to get out of the inner tube as other cereals. But that's not the product's fault.
