    Funziona solo in base alla pasta

Lo strumento è molto semplice e, in teoria, serve per fare una losanga quasi perfetta da posizionare come decorazione sopra a crostate o altri dolci.Il problema è che nei casi in cui ho provato ad usarlo il rullo si è "tirato dietro" la pasta, che si è incastrata fra le scanalature del rullo. Non c'è stato modo di far uscire dolcemente la pasta dal rullo e, rimuovendola a mano, le losanghe si sono rotte.Ho provato anche aggiungendo farina, assotigliando la pasta, rimettendola in frigo per compattarla: nulla ha funzionato. Non metto in dubbio che sia possibile che abbia sbagliato io a fare la pasta frolla, ma vedo che anche altri hanno avuto lo stesso mio problema...Quindi il prodotto è buono sulla carta e se avete la pasta "giusta" funziona, altrimenti c'è poco da fare.

Ce rouleau a losange fonctionne bien, mais n'est pas de très bonne qualité niveau fabrication. Pour couper la pâte il faut appuyer assez fortement dessus en un seul passage. Le soucis est que l'axe n'est pas traversant, la fourche s'écarte et libère les rouleaux lorsqu'on appuie fort dessus. Du coup il faut bien doser la pression qu'on exerce dessus pour couper sa pâte sans exploser le rouleau. La prochaine fois, je payerai plus cher mais j'en prendrais un en métal.
