The 150 is a brand new air purifier from Coway. Their product department states the filter replacements for the 150 purifier will available soon. **Q: Permit 220v?** A: No, standard 110v. **Q: Does this come with a hepa filter because in the picture it's only showing the mesh filter that they pull up** A: Yes, there are two replaceable filters. One HEPA and one foam odor. Technically there is a screen in the part that you pull up that is in front of it all to help catch larger stuff like dust bunnies. **Q: does it need unobstructed space around it? Can it be hung on wall** A: The front of the unit sucks in the air, the cleansed air comes out the top. The back is one solid piece. Its pretty quiet and effective, I've noticed that I have less sinus problems when sleeping and waking up during the winter. Right now, I'm writing this review as I'm about to order a filter replacement for it. It has lasted over a year and its very easy to clean but now the odor light is on and needs replacing.
