It did come with the sprain care bundle (ace bandage and hot/cold pack). Just make sure when you are buying crutches that you are buying the correct size. These are pediatric sized, up to 4'6". ### ⭐ Didn't receive the sprain care kit, only the crutches *by C***K on June 28, 2017* Like another reviewer mentioned, I ordered the sprain care kit but only received the crutches.
