When it arrived, it came with the wiring 'harness' for the female end of the barrel plug. That made it significantly easier on me, as now I didn't need to cut the wires to get it to work. Customer Service with the seller noted an issue with the shipment, which was fulfilled by desertcart, and immediately reached out to me to apologize for the delay. In my case, I wasn't concerned about a two-day delay, but to see that Customer Service was paying attention and wanted to make sure I knew they cared, really said a lot. Factor in that there was nothing the seller had involved in that aspect because it was a fulfillment by desertcart, and it speaks volumes for me. I adjusted my plans and used the female barrel plug to pigtail into my switch, powered it up, and was in business right away. The cable is more than long enough for my application, it powers up my switch and another device without any issue, and it's a nice and clean box for the installation. Overall, I'd buy this unit from this seller, any time I need a 24 VDC brick.
