I’ve been working out a lot lately and pushing myself to my limits. Before trying this I would feel sore often the day after a difficult workout. The past week I’ve been taking this I notice a significant difference. First a little about me, I’m 46 and do 10 miles on the bike a day plus strength training with a push up board, resistance bands, suspension trainer, and kettlebells. I typically spend a little less than an hour on the bike and then another 30-45 minutes strength training alternating muscle groups every other day. I drink a protein shake for breakfast every morning and drink a pre-workout about a half hour before I get on the bike (stationary). For the past week I’ve been taking one of these after my workout daily. My knees actually feel different. They recover much faster and I have less discomfort or pain than I did previously. Now to describe the product, it’s very sweet and syrupy which isn’t exactly my favorite but it’s not terrible tasting, it goes down quick, and I started noticing the difference after just a couple days. I’ll definitely get more and this is a new daily routine for me. I think these have 15 or 17 grams of protein but the important part is the type of protein.
