The individual compartments snap closed tightly, which gives me peace of mind that nothing will spill. At the same time, they’re still easy to open when I actually want to take my meds—no struggling with stubborn lids. I loaded the entire set with all my prescriptions (both large and small pills), and everything fit comfortably into the slots. I even tested one of the containers in my pocket, and it stayed securely closed all day—no accidental openings! One feature I especially like is that I can rearrange the containers in the base to suit my preference. The original layout was front-to-back (1-4, 5-8, etc.), but I changed it to run straight across in rows (1-8, 9-16, etc.), which works better for me visually and functionally. A big bonus: when I’m going out of town or even just for the day, I don’t have to take the whole organizer—I can just grab the individual containers I need.
