By now you've probably already seen that the industry has gone 'amino crazy'. The first thing to say about AminoTaur is that we focused on the pre & intra workout period: a whopping 7grams of BCAA's, including 5grams of L-Leucine halts muscle breakdown in its tracks and amplifies muscular contractions and sustained workout performance. However, we also wanted AminoTaur to be versatile and able to be used outside of training, a key area where the most serious trainees and lifters constantly ask us to assess. We duly obliged: there's a further 6grams of Essential Amino Acids in this formula, bringing the total count up to a colossal 13grams per serving. I suggest sipping this product not only before and during training, but also a couple of times daily between meals for an added protein synthesis "umph". I'm also going to let you into a little secret: AminoTaur tastes absolutely fantastic, which is genuinely an added bonus for an amino supplement.
