Review: Love the chocolate peanut - Love the chocolate peanut flavor and it is my top choice flavored protein powder. Important note is that the serving weight of 40 g does NOT correspond to only 2 tbsp so beware if you're trying to get the serving size. I found that volume for a 40 g serving is just over a 1/3 cup. Highly recommend weighing out the serving at least your first time if getting the protein from it is important to you. Also I have tried all 4 flavors. Texture is great and very similar for all 4. Here is my ranking/thoughts in case you're having a tough time choosing: - Chocolate Peanut flavor (#1) is sweet but not too sweet. Has a great flavor and mixes well with cold brew, plant milk, or Water. - Tiramisu flavor (#2) is sweeter than the Chocolate Peanut but still tastes great. I just found it less versatile than the Chocolate Peanut. - Chocolate Hazlenut (#3) had a weird aftertaste to me. Mixing with cold brew helped drown out the off flavor. Really wanted to like this one but didn't. Also found it a little too sweet for my taste. - Vanilla (#4) was way too sweet for me. The only way I could have it was by mixing with something bitter (coffee or matcha) or by mixing with unflavored protein. I don't really recommend this one unless you like your protein powder very sweet. Review: Dr recommended for low carb, high plant based protein - My Dr told me I needed more protein intake and lower carbs and suggested I try this plant based peanut butter chocolate. It has the least amount of carbs than any other protein powder with this much protein. I'm not a huge fan of protein powders since I could never get them to dissolve completely in the past, and I like them very cold. My go to was the pre mixed bottles for convenience, but I went with this as it was dr recommended. So to make sure it's very cold and fully dissolved, the only way I've tried this is made in a magic bullet. I make it with water, 1 small or half a medium banana (sometimes frozen), 1 tbsp of pb2 powder, and 2-3 ice cubes. It dissolves completely and tastes great. I almost finished with my first order. Thinking of trying the chocolate hazelnut or tiramisu next. ## Features - 30 grams of plant based protein (organic pea, brown rice and pumpkin seed), 0 grams of added sugar, 2g of carbs, 150 calories per serving. - 5g BCAAs and 5g Glutamine, with added Digestive Enzymes, Curcumin and Black Pepper Extract. - 2025 Best Vegan Protein Powder in Men's Health, 2024 Best Vegan Protein Powder in Women's Health - The perfect post workout, that tastes great with just water. The amount of salt (1g) per serving is about normal for a protein shake. Used as directed with a healthly balanced diet you should be well within daily guidelines for salt intake (approx 6g depending). It's worth noting that 1g salt is 387mg sodium. And also that more active people may actually need more to replenish sodium and other electrolytes. Hope this is helpful. **Q: How much fiber does this contain (% of daily value)?** A: Thank your for your question. Performance Protein contains no fiber - our Superblend Protein however contains 5g (18% of daily value). You can also find Superblend Protein in our Amazon Store. Hope this answers you fully. **Q: Is it manufactured in a facility that may contain traces of eggs or dairy?** A: Thank you for your question. Our factory does produce other products which might contain egg or dairy ingredients. However, like with any allergen and good manufacturing process (GMP), we follow extensive clean downs between product runs and segregation of ingredients in our production process and storage. We hope this was helpful and answered your question. **Q: How many grams of carbs per serving?** A: Hello, thank you for the question. Per 40g serving our Performance Protein Vanilla has 0.4g of carbohydrates (of which 0g are sugar). The Performance Protein Chocolate Peanut and Tiramisu flavors have 2g carbs (of which 0.1g are sugar) per 40g serving. We hope this helps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the chocolate peanut *by D***A on 27 July 2025* Love the chocolate peanut flavor and it is my top choice flavored protein powder. It’s great in terms of the amount and quality of vegan protein you get in just two tablespoons. However, it’s full of stevia and I hate that taste. I’d much rather taste the sweetness/flavor of the fruit I blend it with. I’ve had the vanilla and peanut chocolate, the peanut chocolate is less sweet tasting of that helps anyone. I’ve received two bags out of maybe 10-12 that have burst in the Amazon packaging. This product really should really be shipped in a box or the company needs to improve the packaging itself. Not the end of the world if it happens, just annoying. ## Frequently Bought Together - Form Performance Protein - Vegan Protein Powder - 30g of Plant Based Protein per Serving, with BCAAs.
