Toner removes the last of any dirt and oils, it removes and/or neutralizes irons and other hard minerals in the water, and a GOOD toner is the same pH as your skin to protect your skin’s acid mantle which protects from bacteria and other contaminants in the air. This toner is super gentle, cleansing, and clears my skin and makes it so soft! It DOES have a little bit of an apple cider vinegar scent to it but also has the herby scents from rosemary and lavender. You don’t smell it once it’s ON your face.
