## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this kit suitable for a beginner? How much resistance does it offer?**
A: Not at all. This pilates bar kit and pilates set suit any level — one 30 lb or 40 lb band, or all four for up to 70 lb, Straps are length-adjustable to fit different heights.

**Q: Can I train glutes and legs without a squat rack?**
A: Yes. Squats, hip thrusts, glute bridges and lunges all work well — great glute workout equipment, and a solid stand-in for leg workout equipment at home.

**Q: Will it work in a small apartment?**
A: Yes. Pilates at home needs almost no floor space, and this full body workout equipment stores on a hook or in a drawer — a great fit for home workout equipment for women.

**Q: How is this different from buying dumbbells or a full home gym?**
A: It handles most dumbbell exercises without heavy weight or large space, and packs into a storage bag. It also adds cable-style resistance missing from most home gyms.

**Q: Does it come with a bag? Can I travel with it?**
A: Yes, a storage bag is included. The bar unscrews into 2 or 3 sections, so this pilates bar kit with resistance bands fits a gym bag or suitcase.
