In fact, I believe this inexpensive soap works WAY BETTER than clindamycin or whatever other topical rosacea treatment my dermatologist prescribed. It also costs less than much more expensive "facial cleansers" aimed at sensitive skin, and I love it. One bar seems to last a long time, so a three-pack is a great value. Review: Disappointing drop in quality - agree with the other reviewers who complained about the disappointing change in quality from earlier purchases. These bars resemble crude bars of laundry soap unlike the earlier nicely milled and hand-friendly shaped bars. The illustration in the desertcart ad does not at all resemble the product I teceived. And the new product seems to lack the "creamy" feel of the earlier product. I use it usually twice a day on my face and it helps control breakouts better than any other soap I've used.
