Review: Great Addition for the Kitchen - I’ve been using the Russell Hobbs Good-to-Go 6.5L Electric Multicooker for a while now and overall I’m very happy with it. I use it regularly for slow cooking, stews, curries, but mainly rice, and it’s been really convenient. The 6.5L capacity is perfect for family meals or batch cooking, and it’s simple to use with clear settings. I do want to be honest and mention that the first unit stopped working after about 6 months. That was disappointing at the time, but I have to give credit where it’s due — Russell Hobbs customer service handled it extremely well. I contacted them, and the issue was quickly resolved with a replacement sent out without any hassle. The replacement has been working perfectly since, and I’m back to using it several times a week. It cooks evenly, saves time, and is easy to clean afterward. While the initial fault was frustrating, the excellent customer service and the performance of the replacement unit give me confidence in the brand. Overall, it’s a great multicooker and I’d still recommend it, especially knowing how responsive the support team is if anything goes wrong. Review: Great slow cooker - I have used this now plenty of times and love how easy it is to use. The sear function is perfect for meats or using as a frying pan, makes rice perfectly and slow cooks well. An air fryer would be better. **Q: Hi can anyone tell me How good the sous vide function is? Joints of meat or just steaks?** A: Very good for Sous vide, although I have upgraded to an InkBird sous vide wand and water tank. But it’s still very good. **Q: Will this cook a pizza** A: No not really, it’s not wide enough. **Q: How long would it take to cook jacket potatoes in this?** A: Ive never tried jackets in mine. I would to use the roasting rack and try one hour at 200 c ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Addition for the Kitchen *by A***R on 14 December 2025* I’ve been using the Russell Hobbs Good-to-Go 6.5L Electric Multicooker for a while now and overall I’m very happy with it.
