The painter who painted my bedroom was from Italy who had spent years painting with Venetian plaster paints. He was in awe with this paint. He said it took hours and hours to paint a wall when working with plaster paints, but Modern Masters achieved the same effect with a simple paint roller. I'm going to paint my living room with Modern Masters metallic paint next, either the steel gray or the pewter, can't make up my mind... But really, the silver color isn't garish or harsh at all. Review: Made a tin ceiling come back to life. - Important that this was a waterbase. Originally ordered this same brand from Home Depot & they screwed it up & ordered copper. Was lucky to find same brand in waterbase otherwise painter said wouldve chipped and peeled within 6 months. Will post picture of copper being painted over by silver; copper looked fantastic but didnt fit in with our reno project.
