These rounds are much lighter than actual rounds, but that shouldn't be an issue. **Q: Will this work in a Sig P230 for training purposes? Loading, unloading, safety demo, etc?** A: I run these in a Springfield 911, .380 so I don't know why they wouldn't. if you are doing a demo, just get a blue gun b/c you don't want to demo with functioning firearms regardless if you are using dummy rounds or not if you can at all help it. **Q: Pardon my asking but are these snap caps?** A: Save your money.
