I liked it and as it is very low carb it is good. What better alternative? Will buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great tasting alternative for keto diet *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 March 2022* This pancake mixture is a great tasting alternative to β€œreal” pancakes for a keto/low carb diet.The ingredient (milk/egg) quantities in my opinion are a little bit off for the milk. The recommended milk makes a thick batter making it impossible to spread out in the pan. Even adding additional milk still made thick pancakes, so didn’t get as many as the stated pancakes out of the package. I think next time, I’ll add some water to the mixture after the milk and egg to make it thinner. It does say you can add more milk on the package, but of course with a keto diet, the more milk, the more net carbs.Overall, these pancakes were great. The package was eaten over 2 sittings for 2 people. With thick pancakes following the instructions with a bit extra milk, we got 7 thick fluffy pancakes. The outside seemed to brown very quickly with the inside not cooked yet, but that would be due to the thickness of the batter. Making a thinner batter would definitely be recommended.
