There’s no flavor at all. It’s probably what all Apple powders taste like, but I just can’t recommend it for anyone that buys it to add flavor to things.

It's Okay
I got this apple powder as an experiment to put on my BBQ Brisket. It didn't work well for me. I was looking for an alternative to an apple juice injection as well as to see if it enhanced the BBQ flavor. It didn't. I'm sure this product has other uses that it was intended for and will work fine for, but for the experiment that I was using it for, failed, so I gave it 3 stars (average).
