How do we know if battery is fully nor not fully charged? Even if I plugged into the computer, still I cannot find the battery charge indicator. Also when I handle it, due to the light plastic body, it makes loud noise. We need to handle and therefore we cannot avoid this annoying loud noise. Also this earphone is not standard 3.5mm jack but 2.5mm jack. Therefore not practical. I wonder why other buyers are not annoyed with these basic issues. And functions very well! The packaging is minimal and it takes a little patience to learn to use the device, but once you do, you'll be amazed at how well it works.To use it as a voice recorder, just slide the switch to the top (away from the USB plug). Two lights will come on--REC and PLAY. PLAY will go out after a few seconds. That's your signal that you're now in record mode. The REC goes out a few seconds later. Just put the recorder down on a table and ignore it--it will hear everything. When you're done recording, slide the switch back to the middle position. REC will come on, then PLAY, then both will flash. Your recording is saved. Plug the USB key into your machine. You'll see a directory named RECORD and one named MUSIC. In the RECORD directory, you'll see one or more numbered files. The highest numbered file is the most recent. Open it with Windows Media Player or whatever you want, and you're set. You can rename the files in place, copy them, whatever.Oh, and you can also use the drive to store other files, like any other USB key.The recorder will charge while it's plugged into your computer. Two flashing lights mean it's charging.
