But if you have an espresso maker this is worth it. I've used it for pour-over and in a Breville espresso machine. The pour over doesn't preserve the flavor as much as the machine. It's not roasted to YOUR order. It's roasted when the company that is shipping it to you orders it.43 days from roasting to my cup is unacceptable. I would have never ordered this if I knew how old the beans would be when I received them.Yes, I'm picky about my coffee, but that's why I ordered Metropolis Redline.
