A: Hi, pls don't worry much. This clock came with 2-year warranty, so just contact us and we will send you a free replacement of the clock mechanism.

**Q: Is it necessary to have the black washer? Mine did not come with one and when I ordered a replacement it was still not included**
A: We received all complete, it’s easy to assemble. I don’t remember needya Black washer to assemble everything.
