Review: Absolutely one of my fav sensory purchases - Just add the distilled water and dump your fish in. After a day or 2, the seahorses join the fun in going up and down. My son loves this so much. I love it as well. It's so beautiful and calming. Not too loud but we love the soft rumble, it's perfect. We added the peel and stick mirrors on the walls near it for extra effects. You will not regret this. He loves it so much, I went back and added a 3 yr warranty in case something happened to it. We just added the command stip on the wall as not to lose it. It can be removed but we leave the remote upside down so we don't have to take it off the wall to turn it on.

I contacted the customer service team with the manufacturer, and spoke with Nolan specifically. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about troubleshooting ideas and ways they could help me, and when nothing resolved the issue, he sent us a new one and even covered the shipping because I’m on maternity leave with my youngest and don’t have much extra money at the moment. My son is going to be beyond thrilled. Definitely get this one!

**Q: Do you place lamps on doorgate ?**
A: No ,i placed it on my kids's gaming room

**Q: Will you turn on lamp glowing 24/7 ,how long you usually keep lamp working.**
A: I purchased it for my Autism son ,he's been watching on lamp day and night ,fascinated on fish moving .suriprisingly found my son become so calm while pump working .It's as if magic works .i placed lamp in his room and lamp keeps 24/7 glowing and humming .I am happy to see my son love it so much .

**Q: How do I clean it ?**
A: It's a 'plexi-glass' type of plastic tube.  Clean the outside with just a damp cloth and maybe a little window cleaner.  The best way to clean inside is to try and not let it get dirty in the first place.  Don't use regular tap water use distilled water to inhibit algae growth.  Also an algae inhibitor additive (found at aquarium stores) can be added to the water.  But if you must do a thorough interior cleaning i would a use warm soapy water solution (fill the tube with warm water with just a little dishwashing liquid added & maybe a capfull of bleach or windex) and just let it sit for a few minutes.   Swish it around by inverting the tube, empty, then repeat with distilled water to rinse.   I'd avoid large quantities of harsh cleaning chemicals just to protect the LED light system at the bottom of the base.  The LED system appears to be enclosed/separated in the tubes bottom, but still it's better to be safe than sorry--with gentle cleaning techniques  to avoid damaging the components, or scratching and clouding the tubes interior.

**Q: Can I use regular tap water to fill it up?**

Sure, you can use regular tap water ,we just recommend distill water for fishes moving around quicker and clear water condition after long time working

I have no complaints other than some of the fish do no float around they only stay at the top and go no place else. It's not loud grandkids love it !!
