Review: But bulky but fits most shoes - It fit in my slightly grown into climbing shoes, it wasn't the most comfortable fit but they did fit. They also fit on my padel shoes, so I'm assuming you should be ok in most shoes. The process of tying it however is a bit time consuming so keep that in mind. You do get the hang of it eventually though it's not too bad.

**Q: I wear a women’s size 9 extra wide and I have large calves. Should I go with size small or go up a size?**
A: I would go large.  I am a size 10 shoe with small calfs, and a med is a struggle to get on
