Arrived days before it was scheduled to arrive...was so excited to give it a go....loaded it with drinks large bag of ice...at first ice melted some what because drinks were hot and it was 97 degrees that day with heat index over 100....and cooler was in the full sun all day..put another bag of ice that evening...drained a little water that morning and haven’t looked back since....once it started cooling it hasn’t stopped!!!! We filled it about halfway with block ice plus three nalgenes that we froze in the freezer. That is a good trick since once they melt you can drink the water. The thing held ice for almost 5 days down in Baja with no ice addition, and our fresh veggies and milk and butter were as happy as our beers. We just tried not to open it very much. We did a 7 day trip in Baja with only one ice fill up on day 5. The handles are also very comfortable for a two-person carry. Considering how much the name-brand rotomold coolers cost, this was a screamin' value. Works as a nice seat too. I recommend buying wire baskets or plastic bins that can keep stuff dry on top. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This cooler is Awesome! *by T***D on October 16, 2022* 2 hunting trips at 6 days each and this holds crushed ice and ice blocks like a champ! You will not be disappointed with this cooler.One tip for you all: add frozen water bottles 1 day before your long trip to prechill the cooler.
