If this happens put them in the refrigerator. Mine came and didn't work for long **Q: Do these pens do well in heat? The last erasable pen I used erased itself when it was too hot.** A: Anything that can create moisture. Heat can create moisture until it is cool. Where did you have it that it got that hot? Don’t leave it close to a stove or open flame or in a hot car and be sure to close the cover. **Q: how does one make the writing ball come out?** A: Put your thumb at the top of the plastic clip (that would be used to secure the pen to a shirt pocket) and push down. Reverse the process to retract the writing tip. **Q: How do i get them to start? none will write. is there a covering i’m not seeing?** A: Yes, theres a clear tip that you got to remove before use ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Work and Easy Updates *by E***C on July 21, 2026* I bought these because a friend recommended them to me.
