Using the oil was a bit challenging as it has to be measured each time you take it. I did not want to take more than I needed to take. Additionally it has to be mixed with something else such as honey or in some other type of food. Or I would just forget. Truly, the capsules are just as beneficial but much more convenient to take (500 mg twice a day). Plus you get to bypass the pungent taste and the chore of having to mix it with something else. This is oil has healed inflammation in my both my hands, particularly my thumbs. I am now pain free and have full range of motion in both thumbs. I highly recommend this product from Black Seed Force.
