Review: Taste, energy, dosage, tingle - Tastes good and mixes well. Does tingle a bit. Does provide long release energy, you can push for probably 50% longer than without it. Does not give heartburn or make you feel bloated, the dosage does not need to be increased to work. Does not behave like a laxative. I've tried many pre work outs, this is my recommended go to.

Tastes good and mixes well. Does tingle a bit. Does provide long release energy, you can push for probably 50% longer than without it. I’m afraid this didn’t do anything for me at all. Before sparing I always have a double espresso for a boost. I thought I would try this stuff and see what it was like. Unfortunately I felt absolutely nothing. I didn’t even feel like I had even drunk a single espresso never mind a double. I was expecting this to be like a strong energy drink. But absolutely nothing. Very surprised and disappointed as I have used protein works for years and never been disappointed with anything before. What I can say is the taste was disgusting. Tasted like some banned sour sweet from the 80s. Again, their other products always taste fantastic. This has been a real disappointment. I genuinely felt like i could have a nap on this stuff.
