With a striking red and gray carbon fiber front scale and a titanium back, this knife combines aesthetics with functionality. The KVT manual open system ensures smooth deployment, while the reversible pocketclip offers versatile carry options. Weighing just 3.7 oz, it's designed for both performance and portability, making it a perfect gift for any occasion. ## Description Zero Tolerance enhanced the already amazing 0460 to make the new 0462 a truly galactic pocket folder. Designed by custom knife maker, Dmitry Sinkevich, the 0462 boasts a uniquely curved handle made increasingly handsome by front scale woven with red and gray carbon fiber. An artistic, satin stainless steel pivot offers additional allure and complements the upswept 20CV Crucible steel blade and its superior edge retention and extreme durability. Supersized to nearly four inches of cutting edge, 0462’s blade balances beautifully thanks to the handle’s interior milling where carbon fiber was skeletonized to accommodate a discreet ZT logo and keep excess weight to a minimum. The 0462’s unbranded blade delivers style far beyond that of most manufactured knives. Additionally, its stonewashed titanium handle back is virtually maintenance free, repelling stains and hiding scratches, scuffs, fingerprints and other imperfections that simply can’t compete in the spectacular realm of the 0462. ## Features - KVT ball-bearing system enables blade to deploy smoothly as user pulls back on ambidextrous flipper; KVT assist causes a traditional manual open to release both quickly and easily - Reversible pocketclip allows left- or right-side carry in tip-up position; holes to accommodate reverse pocketclip have tiny stainless steel collars, another fine detail not seen in most knives - Titanium frame lock and hardened steel lockbar insert guarantee knife stays during use; they protect against unintentional foldback and prevent wiggle no matter how rigorous the task at hand - ZT’s 0462 makes impressive gift for celebrating life’s most special moments, including birthdays, holidays, graduations, anniversaries, promotions, weddings, military enlistments or career changes - Blade length is 3.7 inches; blade thickness is 0.156 inches; closed length is 5.25 inches; overall length is 8.9 inches; despite extra length and thickness, 0462 is fine-tuned to weigh only 3.7 ounces ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07B8C8F9J | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Blade Length | 3.75 Inches | | Blade Material | Stainless Steel | | Blade Shape | Clip Point | | Brand Name | ZT | | Color | Red | | Customer Package Type | Standard shipping package with cushioning | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (167) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00087171052328 | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Handle Material | Carbon Fiber | | Included Components | knife | | Item Length | 8.9 Inches | | Item Type Name | SINKEVICH KVT SW CF RED | | Item Weight | 3.7 Ounces | | Manufacturer | Zero Tolerance | | Model Name | SINKEVICH KVT SW CF RED | | Model Number | 0462 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Orientation | curved | | Part Number | 0462 | | Power Source | Manual | | Product Care Instructions | Clean the blade with a soft, damp cloth, avoid contact with harsh chemicals or high temperatures. | | Recommended Uses For Product | Military | | Reusability | Reusable | | Size | 4 بوصة | | Special Features | Reversible, Spring Assist | | Style | 0462 | | UPC | 087171052328 | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** ZT - **Model name:** SINKEVICH KVT SW CF RED - **Recommended uses for product:** Military - **Special features:** Reversible, Spring Assist ## Images ![Zero Tolerance Sinkevich Pocketknife (0462); CPM 20CV Satin-Finished Crucible Blade Steel; Red and Gray Carbon Fiber Front Scale; Titanium Back; KVT Manual Open; Reversible Pocketclip; 3.7 oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/515-une+k7L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Im still trying to figure out why a pocket knife is $235? It must be the prestige of having one. Yes thats it!** A: You don't get to play with most pieces of art; most investments aren't also useful tools; and most tools aren't very interesting to collect. The first time you buy a $100 knife you feel guilty and a bit foolish, but before you find yourself considering a $500 blade and thinking, "what a steal!" And sometimes that's genuinely the case: I paid exactly $500 for my ZT 0888 just a few years ago. It has appreciated a quite nicely. **Q: Is this knife superior to Benchmade Griptilian?** A: While the Griptilian is a fantastic knife, I would say this is a better knife. The ZT 462 boasts an upgraded steel(CPM 20 CV vs.CPM S30V) , with a longer blade (3.7 " with a 4" cutting edge vs 3.45 on the Griptilian), carbon fiber and titanium scales (vs. g10 or nylon with the Griptilian). The one thing the Benchmade will offer you is the lifesharp guarantee. Both are excellent knives, in my opinion, the ZT is an upgrade. **Q: Can this auto-deploy from a pocket as you are pulling it out?** A: No, you would be looking for an Emerson wave, they catch on the pocket and come out open **Q: What can I put on the scales to protect the carbon fiber that won't break down the resin? - preferably to increase, or at least not decrease the grip.** A: I've been carrying mine daily for the past 2'ish years and don't notice any problems with the carbon fiber. It is in a pocket that has my keys and a second Sig Sauer magazine on occasion. ## Frequently Bought Together - Zero Tolerance Sinkevich Pocketknife (0462); CPM 20CV Satin-Finished Crucible Blade Steel; Red and Gray Carbon Fiber Front Scale; Titanium Back; KVT Manual Open; Reversible Pocketclip; 3.7 oz, 8.9 inch - Zero Tolerance Hinderer CF Pocketknife; 3.5-Inch Blade of 20CV Stainless Steel; Titanium Handle with Glow-in-The-Dark Carbon Fiber Overlay, Frame Lock, Made in The USA (0393GLCF) - Wiha 79242 11 Piece Torx Bit Selector (T5-T30) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/340965428-zero-tolerance-sinkevich-pocketknife-0462-cpm-20cv-satin-finished-crucible](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/340965428-zero-tolerance-sinkevich-pocketknife-0462-cpm-20cv-satin-finished-crucible) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
