The manual which hardware to use BUT lacked PICTURES of the actual bench assembly!! Basically you had blank pages with hardware numbers and lines connecting to NOTHING! Luckily, I was able to find a similar bench on their website and piece everything together, but if you're not good at DIY stuff, then you might pass on this bench. The assembly wasn't hard once I tracked down a manual with ACTUAL PICTURES. As for bench quality. I do like it. The bench seems solid, well-built, and versatile for lots of exercises. I'm going to take 1 star off for a nightmare of an instruction manual though.
