We have roasted it from light to espresso and no matter which one we roast to it tastes wonderful. We use the PRECISION COFFEE ROASTER. For every day coffee we set it to 31 and it does every thing. It tells you when to put the beans in. When there done and goes straight into cooling mode. All you have to do is release the beans and remove the doors to let air in. So easy. It cools them down until there completely cold. Then all we do is put them into a canister. BEST COFFEE ROASTER EVER. ALSO BEST COFFEE EVER.
