I checked everything, installed wheel beads, checked axle, check tire pressure, inspected “drag” bearing and they seemed okay. I said what the heck and swapped out the bearing while I had it apart. Took it for a ride and no more vibration. Physically the old bearings looked good I didn’t feel any notching. I am curious if maybe the inner diameter was off allowing a small amount of play but I didn’t invest any time into measuring that.
