Once it arrived, I tried each one on some aluminum scrap I had in the shop and used my drill press to run the test. I was very pleased with the result and they gave me nice counter sunk tapered holes in the stock that my tail-stock centering pivot for the tail-stock will keep the work piece nicely centered in the lathe chuck. These different size bits will also work nicely to countersink holes for tapered head screws in both metal and other materials. Well worth the price and I'm ordering another set to go with the drill press. I liked them so well, I designed and made a nice holder for them out of 4mm thick plywood using my laser cutter/engraver and quick setting wood glue.
