Yes, it's wrinkled. Super smashed and wrapped into a tight capsule shaped package. The trick to it all is to open it up, roll it into a tube, and place it in a bathtub with hot water. After about 10 minutes, wring it out, unroll it flat, and let it dry. It will then be perfect!
