A: The longest I have used mine has been 24 hours. After that I got a Ziploc bag of ice cubes for the remainder of my trip. It is a great product over all!

A: I would say yes! It’s pretty good size and I love mine.

**Q: Could you fit a portable nebulizer in this?**
A: No, it wouldn’t fit

**Q: Could this hold 2 inhalers and a spacer?**
A: No, the case is too small for 2 inhalers and the spacer. It might be big enough for one inhaler and spacer but I am not sure.
