After cleaning heatsink and applying this thermal paste, my CPU & GPU temps dropped to 75-80°C on heavy gaming where as earlier it used to exceed 90°C and made my laptop lag a lot. Paste lasted 1 year before needing to be applied again. The spatula provided made it easy to apply too. Highly recommended for normal laptops & budget gaming laptops. Review: Product good, but lack instructions - Product arrived on time. Took effort to open cap, how ever there was no instructions. The thermal paste material applied evenly with the special nozzle.
