Review: Works perfectly - This worked perfectly. I rebuilt an old leaded glass door and had to flip the sides of the hinges and knob. This allowed me to perfectly drill out the holes for the knob and plunger. You still have to take care to ensure you’re hold the drill flat and level, but it made the process very easy. The only issue is that I had to drill a small center guide hole for the plunger to ensure the hole saw was precisely aligned, but that just took a minute or so. This is an excellent tool and very reasonably priced at only about $10.
Review: Kit works great. - I used this kit to enlarge an existing smaller hole for a dead bolt. Fairly easy to use. Make sure the screws holding the jig to the door are secure. Mine came loose and I had to tighten them again. This was not the fault of the kit but the worn screw holes of the door.

**Q: Will the small saw work on the door jamb?  Contractor made those too shallow so the deadbolt won't fully extend.**
A: Dear customer, thanks for your question! This kit can work well on the soft wood doors for installing for a door lock. But we are not so sure that which kind of door jamb did you want to drill? First you need put the plastic frame on it for the center point. Then you can use the hole saw for drilling a hole.

**Q: Will this work on interior doors?**
A: Yes. I just used it on an interior door. The adjustable plastic guide template fits 1-3/8-inch and 1-3/4-inch thick doors,fits 2-3/8-inch and 2-3/4-inch backsets.Follow the instructions carefully and it will work perfectly.
