My knee was definitely less sore at the end of the day. Unfortunately after about two weeks of use I left it out after a run; and my dog thought it was a toy, product was torn to shreds and is awaiting pickup from the garbage men. I will most likely be ordering another because I never had to readjust the compression sleeve even after hours of activity and sweat.Need to emphasize this is a compression sleeve, not a knee brace. It made me give outa big WOW when I belted the brace down. What a nice helpful idea it turned out to be. I went bowling, and saw myself have a 55 pin jump inthe game total.
