My old thermos had an open & close spout on top.** A: Exactly, you turn the lid until it's a little loose, then you can pour the drink from where the arrow indicates (that way you save hit while pouring as the lid doesn't open all the way). It works perfectly. **Q: How big is the opening? easy cleaning? has anyone tried 16oz thermos they sell at target? how does this one compare?** A: The opening is fairly large. Easy to pour hot liquids into it. I use mine to make tea at around 6:30 am and pour it into the bottle. It keeps it plenty hot for drinking at lunch time. I do not know what they sell at Target but as long as you buy Thermos brand you really can't go wrong. They make quality products and I have never been disappointed. The lid/cap serves as a nice drinking cup. You just have to refill it because it is on the small side. I like this bottle because it can hold a good two cups of prepared tea or coffee. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best I have EVER used... thanks THERMOS! *by J***D on September 8, 2026* Top of the Line!! Well designed and built! I have used this for several years now. I prime the inside in the morning using hot water, then fill it full with hot coffee or hot tea. This is the first thermos that actually keeps my coffee HOT, not warm, not tepid, HOT for the entire workday!!! Highly recommend! Thanks Thermos!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No leak thermos *by F***E on August 26, 2026* Oh my goodness. I really like this thermos- My coffee was still hot after 7 hrs- that has never happened with any other thermos I have purchased. and best of all DOES NOT LEAK! I did not know about this brand, but now I do! Yes I would recommend. I am looking to buy a larger one so I can share. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Hot Tea Thermos = Perfection *by M***S on April 9, 2026* Love everything about this thermos from color, to appearance, size and outside texture. The size is perfect for bringing to work especially in the winter when it’s freezing and I need to warm up from the inside out with my hot tea. (Coffee I’m guessing works too but I don’t like the taste of that so haven’t tried). Anyway, thermos is made from quality material that I know will last me a lifetime. I chose to hand wash mine but it is dishwasher safe. I love the fact you don’t need to worry about bringing a cup for your drink, it is the actual lid and it’s a perfect amount to pour and sip. I thought the price was super fair since I’ll be using it for the rest of my life!! I’d definitely consider getting this again but gifting it to someone so they could enjoy it too. ## Frequently Bought Together - THERMOS Stainless King Vacuum-Insulated Compact Bottle, 16 Ounce, Matte Steel - THERMOS Stainless King Vacuum-Insulated Food Jar with Spoon, 16 Ounce, Matte Stainless Steel - THERMOS Stainless King Vacuum-Insulated Food Jar, 24 Ounce, Matte Steel --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/33228954-thermos-stainless-king-vacuum-insulated-compact-bottle-16-ounce-matte](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/33228954-thermos-stainless-king-vacuum-insulated-compact-bottle-16-ounce-matte) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
