Thus the increase in price. It's worth the extra cash IMO. **Q: where is it made** A: China **Q: What kind of washers does this use?** A: They are nylon or Teflon. Some low-friction synthetic. **Q: does it accidentally open while in pocket?** A: Has not for me. How ever when pulling from pocket the wave hook can be engaged and open the knife. This is a feature you have to practice using. If you want it to open fast on the way out you pull back. If not you pull forward more to keep it from engaging. Great knife for the money. I have two of these and one original Emerson. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kershaw Emerson CQC-K Pocket Knives, Manual Opening Folding Knife with Wave Shaped Feature, Multiple Styles - Kershaw Knives 9000841-SSI E-Train Fine Edge Folding Knife Blue - multi, N/A --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/330988684-emerson-cqc-k-pocket-knives-manual-opening-folding-knife-wave](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/330988684-emerson-cqc-k-pocket-knives-manual-opening-folding-knife-wave) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
