The things I like about this manometer is firstly that it's a single tube (a lot less clumsy) and that the inflation bulb and the manometer are a single unit (makes it much easier to completely relax the cuffed arm, you don't have to hold the manometer with the cuffed hand and inflate the cuff with the other) and lastly, that the air valve is great quality and can be easily adjusted to correct cuff deflation (2mmHg/sec) with just your thumb. The manometer's large size, white numbers on black background, and bright red needle make it easy to read with old eyes like mine. I have an Omron automatic device as well with a standard size cuff and the two cuffs are the same size. I'm aware that there are generally four sizes of cuff: infants, pediatric, standard adult and "large" adult. This is the standard adult size. I'm 5'10" 195 lbs and it fits me and also fits my wife: 5'6" 120 lbs.
