Images are bright and razor sharp when focus and diopter are properly set beforehand. 20x MIGHT be a little too much magnification for some people, so consider whether or not you actually need that much magnification. To put it in perspective, with these binoculars I can tell the difference between a swallow and a sparrow, in flight, at a quarter-mile distance.They feel very solid and well-made, too. Not cheap feeling or flimsy. The carrying case is sorta cheap feeling, but I wasn’t planning on using it anyway.
