With these hard to replace items they can now be protected from theft, fire and flood with a waterproof fire security safe from Cathedral. This deed and security box protects documents from fire in temperatures up to 840 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes. This surrounding waterproof seal keeps contents dry even when fully submerged. There is a key that makes it lockable (2 keys provided) and a foldable carrying handle. All in all this makes this home or office security safe ideal for storing personal items safely and even accommodates A4 documents without folding or damaging them in any way. Review: Big, solid, black and safe. - This deed box looks to be of good quality and, short of setting fire to it, up to the job. The key is required for the waterproofing to work and it needs to be locked before you can remove the key, but would hardly add to the security. The handle might be a weak point if you are lugging it around a lot. It is quite heavy. This is probably a consequence of the insulation required to make it fireproof. The internal rubber seal on the box is quite stiff and small in profile so not likely to wear. Inside there is ample space and an A4 sheet fits nicely with rather more space at the top and bottom of the pages. All round, for the quite reasonable price, I found nothing to complain about. Recommended.

Sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung. Der Innenraum dürfte 2 cm noch vertragen, da er meine DIN A 4 Blätter nur leicht gebogen verstaut.
